At Holiday Inn Express London Royal Docks we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.

The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Guest Service Assistant has become available at Holiday Inn Express London Royal Docks. Reporting into the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for Assisting our guests with check in and out, general questions and support during their stay. Working with other members of the hotel team to support our goals. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Where Will You Be Working?
A smart, convenient 136 room London Docklands hotel with free Wi-Fi and included breakfast near the O2 arena, London Excel and Canary Wharf. In the heart of London's Docklands, Holiday Inn Express Royal Docks. The hotel is convenient for a business or leisure trip. Close to Canning Town Tube and DLR station with fast connections to London City Airport and central London. We pride ourselves on investing in our people and delivering outstanding customer service.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of IHG branded hotels is preferable but full training is provided.
