We at Brains love having fun and enthusiastic people heading up our front of house Teams. Our Pubs are welcoming and friendly, we love being the hub of our neighbourhoods and need like minded people to join us. Your role is vital to the development of our Pub Teams. So, passion for training new Team Members is a must. We want you to pass your knowledge and enthusiasm onto the next generation of Team Members who come through our doors. Your role would encompass training staff the Brains way, duty and shift management and supporting the rest of the management team in achieving the highest standards of customer service. After all – who strives to be “just OK”?
Of course, you will have to do some of the serious stuff including cash/stock management and daily compliance including food health & safety. Plus helping the Manager to secure the businesses future by supporting continuous increase in financial performance. But you will need to be able to prioritise your workload. Service and our customers are always our main focus.
