The first point of contact for anyone contacting The Grove is our helpful Switchboard team, who are looking for another Operator to join them in assisting and re-directing all callers to the hotel and providing exceptional customer service.
The team work shifts so candidates must be able to do early starts (7am) and late finishes (11pm) on a rota basis.
Clear conversational and written English Language
A flexible attitude
Ability to follow specific instructions
Previous switchboard experience
Previous management information system experience
