Scotland’s Hotel & Leisure Club, Pitlochry Scotland’s Hotel & Leisure Club benefits from elevated views of Pitlochry and alpine-like countryside

leisure club with two treatment rooms, Faskally Restaurant and MACNABS Bar & Grill.

like this to join our friendly and professional team. Spa Therapist The opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our team as a Spa Therapist at our busy

hotel and leisure club. The ideal candidate will provide our guests with first-class treatments, advice

and care while also carrying out their daily activities to the highest standards and ensuring the

smooth running of the lesiure club. This is a hand’s on role that requires an experienced and

enthusiastic character, ready to embrace the role. Candidate Attributes:  Hold a relevant qualification in Spa/Beauty treatments, either a HND, NVQ, SVQ (Level 3),

ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO  Possess a friendly and polite demeanour at all times, delivering consistent high level

customer service  Confident, with excellent communication skills and a friendly/caring personality  Maintain an enthusiastic and professional ‘can do’ attitude  Ability to work within a team and build strong relationships  Passion for helping clients achieve their desired results  Commitment to research industry trends and develop new skills and increase sales  Ability to multi-task  Flexible approach to working hours and tasks Elemis product training desirable, although not essential as full training will be given Candidate responsibilities: • Carry out a wide range of beauty/spa treatments to the highest standards

• Assist in daily running of the spa and necessary paperwork

• Diary management and administration duties including managing Legend system to book

appointments

• Adhere to all health and safety policies

• Ensure that clients are looked after efficiently and offer homecare advice

• Recommend retail items to clients together with advice on use

• Ensure that strict hygiene standards are maintained across the spa and treatment rooms
