Responsibilities for Spa Receptionist

* Meet and greet guests and members and guests, extending a warm welcome to the Club.

* Manage guest bookings and payments via ‘phone, email and in person.

* Promote and sell the services and products offered within the Health Club (& Spa).

* Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company Policy, and carry out general administrative tasks as required.

* Oversee the guest’s journey/experience at the Club/Spa from arrival to departure, ensuring maximum guest satisfactory.

* Monitor and respond to guest feedback as necessary.

* Assist in the development and improvement of Club (& Spa) activities, promotions, events and services in relation to Gym, Fitness, Membership and Beauty.

* Ensure all areas of Health Club (& Spa) are fully prepared, clean and available for use by members and guests, including laundry provisions.

Requirements for Spa Receptionist

* You will have a warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality and a desire to be part of a winning team.
* Industry experience in Retail or Therapy would be advantageous and highly desirable, as would previous experience as a Receptionist within a Clinic / Spa or high end salon
* The role is a varied one so you must possess flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends and some evenings)
* You will be driven to exceed guests expectations and deliver exceptional service standards
* You will possess a keen eye for detail, great organisational and communication skills
