It’s our talented Chefs who are responsible for delivering mouth-watering menus filled with our customer’s favourites including juicy burgers, skewers, steaks, fish 'n' chips, sandwiches, wraps and more. We are all about relaxed all day dining done well. Our Sous Chefs are a critical part of the brigade, supporting and deputising for the Head Chef in their absence, you are responsible for the H&S in the kitchen, ensuring that all food leaves the kitchen on brand whilst mentoring, leading and motivating the junior team members to achieve greatness!
