The Exciting Opportunity

Reporting into the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the head chef in the day to day operation of the kitchen,

* Training and Development of the kitchen team,

* Running shifts and functions

as well as leading a team of great individuals. The successful applicant for this role will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Situated on North Promenade, The Imperial Hotel is a Blackpool landmark and has welcomed a host of royalty, politicians, statesmen and stars of both the stage and screen over the years. The hotel enjoys spectacular views of the beach to the sea and is close to all major attractions.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience in a similar position including large banquets and functions is preferable but full training is provided.
