We currently have a vacancy for a Sommelier joining our team

The Role

The Sommelier will be responsible for providing a finest personalised service by adhering to Food and Beverage brand standards and by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences for them. Having had experience in a role of a similar level, the candidate will show excellent standards of wine knowledge with a qualification from the WSET or Court of Master Sommelier a bonus. She/he will maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all supplies, equipment, work areas as well as guest areas in order to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. The candidate will be able to organise their time and support the Head Sommelier and Assistant Head Sommelier in the running of the wine program throughout the hotel.

She/he will ensure that the F&B team achieves profitability and growth in line with our Core Values (humility, courtesy, respect, helpfulness and sincerity) at all times.

Essential Requirements

* Relevant experience in a similar role

* Excellent guest engagement skills

* Relevant Wine Qualifications (WSET or CMS or equivalent)

* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

* Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Desirable Requirements

* Knowledge of Adaco/ FnB Shop

* Experience in a 5* star London hotel
