As an Assistant Bar Manager you will report to the Bar Manager and will be running the bars at a range of events. This will include prior liaison with the Event Planners to meet the requirements of the client and then ordering the stock as necessary. Before the event you will need to work with the operations team and set up the bars and the event space and do any preparation of fresh ingredients.
You will need previous experience of working in a fast paced hospitality environment with operational experience in managing multiple bars during events. We look for a five-star and positive focus on customer care, going the extra mile to exceed our guest expectations and deliver exceptional events.
