The Cavendish boasts 147 modern bedrooms, 5 conference rooms catering for up to 220 delegates and a restaurant that overlooks the beach, serving a selection of delicious local produce to be enjoyed while taking in the striking beachfront views.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can build and develop relationships with new and existing clients to maximise sales. You will be required to manage the sales function for both conference and events and bedroom business. You will be expected to work as part of a team and liaise with other Heads of Department with regards to promotions, events and new clients. The keys to this role are proactive sales to ensure new business is being introduced to the hotel to build on our existing client base.

The successful candidate will have a valid driving licence. A passion for sales is vital, as are communication skills, team work and a knowledge of the local area. Experience in hospitality is beneficial and a focus on proactive sales is desirable.
