The Exciting Opportunity

We have commenced our search for an experienced Sales Manager to join a newly created sales hub supporting a portfolio of 11 focused service hotels (7 in London and 4 provincial properties). Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, you will be an experienced, strategic sales leader with a strong track-record of contributing to a sales function in the branded hotel environment.

As one of three Sales Managers in the team (along with a reactive Sales Co-ordinator) you will be responsible for driving the hotel's sales for 3 hotels and will deliver a strong and unique sales strategy to drive additional business streams. You will have a key focus on establishing and managing local and national commercial accounts.

You will be an ambassador for the guest journey and will epitomise brand values and service behaviours to ensure they are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators of profit, people and RGI.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* demonstrable experience within a hotel sales role;

* a branded hotel background with either IHG or Hilton or both (this is an essential requirement for the role); and

* proven success in driving new business

This is an ideal role for a current cluster sales executive or single site sales manager looking for their next role.

N.B. subject to Covid restrictions, this role will require travel on a regular basis to support and drive the portfolio’s sales activities - initially this will be in/around West London and Gatwick however, likely to change/expand over time. You will have the flexibility to work from home, one of the hotels or our friendly office in Brentford subject to how you schedule and arrange your appointments. Full drivers licence and own car would be beneficial to aid mobility
