IHG are looking for Sales Executives to join our Sales Teams in Oxford

Our Regional Sales Executive will work within a small sales team to ensure the properties are maximising sales through structured sales planning and action to achieve/exceed Oxford Spires & Oxford Thames Hotels budgeted targets in all revenue areas.

Our Sales executive will Identify new markets and clients to support the planned growth strategy in terms of both rate and occupancy in the corporate, and conference & banqueting market segments.

Working closely with the Directors of Sales, Off Property Sales Team and the Sales Director for IHG to ensure all key business opportunities are identified and exploited.

Our Sales Executive will keep accurate and timely records of all customer interaction in Delphi and that’s actions in line with company standards and KPI’s., part of this role will be assisting as requested, with Group activities such as Fam Trips, Group hospitality events and sales calling days.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about a career in hotels and would know what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and thrive on the challenge of always exceeding clients expectations and personal targets.

To be our ideal Sales executive you will have a warm, personable nature and a can do competitive attitude. Be able to take ownership of task and projects and complete from start to finish working independently or part of a team.

This role requires the candidate to hold UK driving license and access to a car for travel to meetings, presentations and exhibitions
