Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley, together the Maybourne Hotel Group, are three of the world’s most legendary luxury hotels, located in Mayfair and Knightsbridge in the heart of London. Although each hotel has its own distinct character and personality, all are defined by their impeccable service, timeless style and a commitment to giving guests an authentic and unique experience.

Main duties & responsibilities

* Make reservations for our luxury rooms and suites across Claridge’s, The Berkeley and The Connaught, through calls, emails and third party agents

* Ensure that our exacting standards are consistently reached throughout each call

* Ensure that targets are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, including call conversion, email and call handling, revenue and call handling standards

* Maximise rooms and restaurant revenue through cross selling and up selling

Entry Requirements

* 4 or 5-star experience within a similar role is preferred

* Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English is essential for this role

* Impeccable attention to detail

* Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
