Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa, Otley – Restaurant & Bar Supervisor Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is located in Otley, West Yorkshire, around 20 minutes from Leeds. The hotel is established locally for its stunning views across the Dales, warm Yorkshire hospitality and award-winning AA Rosette standard food. Comprising 49 high quality guestrooms and lodges, the Lakeside Restaurant, meeting and event space plus bar and lounges, all set within idyllic protected woodland. The club with its strong membership base has an indoor heated pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium, outdoor hot tub and relaxation area with its own spa.

Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus in order to offer guidance and make recommendations to guests
Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner
Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the restaurant
Deal with comments and complaints efficiently and effectively
Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with the company standards
Assist in the restaurant and bar set-up ensuring all required items are stocked and ready for the smooth running of operations
Report to the restaurant managers and be responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the restaurant
Working knowledge of restaurants
One year of supervisor experience within a hotel restaurant or main street restaurant
