As a Restaurant
Manager at Le Meridien Piccadilly, I am one of the key people who can create a
memorable experience in the restaurant, It’s not just a
standard operation role as people might expect; I am responsible for the
delivery of exceptional service by my team, delivering the trainings they
require and the financial results of my outlet.
Essentially, it is my job to support the Food &
Beverage manager and ensure that memories are created for all our guests and
customers while experiencing our Terrace products. The roles is quite hands on
and I do support the individual teams but the focus of the role is on driving
our revenues, building meaningful relationships and delivering innovative,
creative events that really set us apart from the competition.
Being an excellent communicator and leader is
essential to the role as we need to function effectively as team to enable us
to be at our most effective; it is about building lasting memories for all of
our guests and customers so a strong operational background is also important
to be successful in the role. The ability to influence others is also an
important attribute as it helps create buy-in for our strategy and set the
direction for the team as a whole.
ideal candidate has 5 years of similar experience and is organized with an
excellent attention to detail. A sense of urgency, collaboration, communication and
delegation skills are required for this role.
