We are now recruiting for an exciting position within the Resort Reservations department in a role of Spa and Golf reservationist. As a Reservations Agent and the first point of contact for all potential bookings at The Grove you will draw on all your hospitality know-how and organisational/administrative skills to keep this ultra-professional operation running smoothly. No prior experience is required for the role, however a genuine passion for customer service is a must. We’re looking for a positive, flexible attitude, great guest interaction, good telephone manner as this is a predominately telephone based role and written/verbal communication, in English, and the desire to play your part in a fantastic team.
This is a permanent, 40 hour per week contract.
