The Arch offers a warm family feel atmosphere amongst the staff where you will feel at home. General Purpose of the Role The Reservation agent will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for all enquiries,
preferably with experience in a 4* or 5* Boutique hotel in London. The Reservation agent will report

into the Reservations Supervisor and will work closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping team,

however on a day to day basis, will work independently; overall the team is looked after by the Revenue

Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate character with a welcoming personality and attention

to detail.

The ideal candidate enjoys working within a small team in a privately owned 5* Boutique hotel and is

hotels in London on tripadvisor – The Arch London. General Duties • To ensure that all reservations enquiries are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner • To ensure that the highest level of service is provided

• To ensure effective communication at all times with guests and colleagues • To handle guest’s complaints Required experience: • Ideally previous experience as Reservations agent in a 4* or 5* Boutique hotel • Being able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling • Being passionate about the hospitality industry • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Knowledge of Opera PMS • Ideally knowledge of third-party websites and extranets • Being able to work in a fast-paced working environment and remaining calm under pressure • Being able to maintain high standards during busy high demand periods • Being pro-active • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
