An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 'Receptionist' to join our reception team, where no day is the same!

The Norfolk Arms is situated in the High Street in Arundel. A busy 34 Bedroom Hotel with Conference Facilities, Restaurants and Bars

The Receptionist position is Full Time working 40 hours per week. This is 5 days out of 7 days and is shift work. AM Shift is 7.00am to 3.30pm, PM Shift is 2.30pm to 11pm. We are looking for a friendly, confident person to join our Team at the Hotel.

Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given

Ensuring guests receive excellent welcoming on arrival and departure and also during their stay. Answering calls, cash handling, checking in and checking out guests, daily reports

Experience and Skills preferred but not essential

Personal Characteristics

Possess excellent proven interpersonal, communication and listening skills and able to work successfully with people at all levels.

Be able to work weekends

*Take a pro-active and flexible approach as well as be able to work under pressure

*Smart, courteous with a fantastic eye for detail
