The location

Set on the upper reaches of the River Teign, the 24 bedroom Gidleigh Park enjoys an exquisite location on the very edge of Dartmoor National Park, in Devon. With 5 AA red stars, 2 Michelin stars, 5 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais and Chateaux, Gidleigh Park is widely recognised as one of the best hotels and restaurants in the UK, and can offer learning and development opportunities few others can. The hotel can offer both on and off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort, as well the use of the facilities such as the putting green, tennis court and croquet lawn to help pass the time on your days off!

The role

We are looking for a strong motivated receptionist who has worked within hospitality or a customer service led industry.

The future member of our team will:

* Be passionate about hospitality with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who thrives on working in a team.

* Be personable and engaging, ensuring every interaction exceeds guest expectations.

* Consistently deliver company standards.

* Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.
