As a member of the Front of House team, you are the face of our relaxed and ultra-professional operation. We are looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor who can help to lead the existing team of Receptionists and make sure our check in and check out processes are as efficient as they can be and that our guests feel that all their stay is going to be a smooth one from the moment that they enter the building.
You will need previous experience of a busy hotel reception – preferably 5 star but not essential – and knowledge of a hotel booking system. We’re looking for a positive, flexible attitude, great guest interaction and communication, in English, and the ability to manage and lead a fantastic team.

This is a permanent, full-time role and involves shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am - 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) and a night shift (11pm - 7:30am) on a rotation basis, on average once every 6 weeks.
Previous hotel Reception Manager experience is essential for this role.
