As Sous Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the following duties:

* ensure excellent quality throughout the pastry/dessert offerings

* supervise and co-ordinate all pastry and dessert preparation/presentation

* develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings

* plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements.

* ensure appropriate cost control
