Role

We are currently looking for a In Room Dining Night Waiter to join our team of associates in Butler and In Room Dining at Rosewood London. Our In Room Dining Night Waiters are appointed to provide our resident guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room. The night shift starts at 10.30pm and finishes at 7.00am.

Key expectations of this role are

• Delivering all aspects of the in-room dining experience according to Rosewood standards.

• Delivering and setting up amenities in rooms and public areas.

• Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by Butler and In Room Dining and the hotel.

• Ensuring for appropriate mise en place to be in place for the day shift.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.

• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.

• Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.

• Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
