As the Operations Manager, your mission is to oversee the successful operation of all departments in the hotel. Operational HODs report directly to you and you report to the hotel General Manager.

Your main focus should include:

=> building and developing a strong team in coordination with the relevant HODs
=> inspiring and coaching future leaders (including Team Members, Team Leaders and HODs)
=> ensuring all teams embrace and implement the Heartist culture
=> monitoring and driving employee engagement
=> monitoring and driving customer satisfaction using current company guidelines (heartist,
•fromtheheart... etc.)
=> monitoring all hotel KPIs and implementing actions to achieve KPI goals
=> analysing P&L accounts and taking appropriate action to ensure financial targets are achieved (budget)
=> assisting in drafting the hotel yearly budget
=> ensuring compliance with all legal and company procedures (H&S, Food Safety, Brand Audit, Finance Audit etc.)
=> deputising for the hotel general manager in his absence

Profile required for this role:

=> Flexible and committed
=> Inspiring and ability to develop talents
=> Abiltiy to manage various tasks and prioritise
=> Strong decision making ability
=> Experience in managing teams
=> Experience in Rooms and F&B departments
=> Knowledge of hotel P&L accounts
