KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acknowledges and welcomes guests/visitors arriving to hotel while monitoring adherence to hotel safety and health guidelines and requirements prior to entry to hotel and during hotel event attendance. Provides assistance with guests' requests and information as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

* Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with hotel established safety and health guidelines and requirements. Ensure these guidelines and requirements are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.

* Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

* Check guest temperatures with the use of a contactless thermal thermometer and provide masks to guests as needed prior to entry to hotel. Monitor the use of masks by guests during hotel events, in outlets and hotel guest spaces and providing masks as necessary.

* Remain in assigned postposition, maintaining correct stance.

* Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

* Greet guests/visitors; bid farewell to departing guests/visitors and invite them to return.

* Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.

* Open hotel doors for guests/visitors.

* Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Report guest inquires and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

* Become familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately and maintain basic knowledge of:

Scheduled daily activities.

Features and services provided by the hotel.

Hours of operation for each outlet.

* Other duties as required.
