Number One - Chef de Rang
As a Chef de Rang in our award winning team at the Michelin Star, 4AA Rosette Number One Restaurant you will deliver a flawless service for our guests.
Our ideal candidate will be confident, have experience in fine dining or have worked in a similar environment with a true passion for food, beverage and hospitality.
Extensive training in food and wine service is on offer, providing excellent development opportunities within the restaurant.
You should be an organised individual, work well in a team and under pressure, be standards driven and have an excellent eye for detail.
The restaurant opens for dinner service only, working 39 hours per week with varying shift patterns 2pm-11pm or 4pm-close. We offer an excellent gratuity package and benefits that include meals on duty, uniform and staff rewards.
