As one of the very first people that our guests see or speak with, our guest services agents are the very face of our hotel. Courteous, helpful and friendly would all be words that would describe the type of experience that we wish to creative for our valued customers.
You’ll need to feel comfortable engaging with people, either in person or on the phone, and be keen to support them with any queries or requests that they may have.
On guest’s arrival, you’ll help them on checking into their room, offer advice on the hotel facilities and assist them with any additional needs that they may have. You might also assist them with dinner reservations or providing local knowledge. When it’s time for them to leave, you’ll help them settle their bills and leave feeling thrilled with the excellent stay that they have had.
The Athenaeum is located in the heart of Mayfair, with stunning views across Green Park opposite. Shrouded in Art Deco beauty, the hotel radiates elegance and the opulence that you would expect for an independent 5* hotel. Our hotel also boasts a great partnership with restauranteurs, Galvin, who serve up sumptuous food from the property.
