Our Reception desk is open 24 hours a day and due to continued expansion, the Britannia Manchester are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist on to the team.

As Night Receptionist, you will be required to;

* Check guests in and out.
* Run the Nights Audit.
* Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
* Deal with any guest requests.
* Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
* Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
* Complete nights cleaning checklist.

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Knowledge of Guestline would be advantageous.
