The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Night Manager has become available at Crewe Hall. Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager with Management of the Nights Operation at the Hotel. This role will include management and training of the Night Porters team and the smooth operation of the Reception and Hotel Operations during the Night including:

* Reception duties - check-in and out and enquiries

* Night Audit reporting

* Set up of events rooms overnight

* Cleaning of public areas

* Room service - food and drinks service for Hotel residents

* Security and fire walks

Key responsibilities of this role are Customer Service and Safety and Security of the Building overnight. The successful applicant for this role will be able to display great team leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. An ability to deal effectively and calmly with occasional challenging situations such as fire evacuations and exhuberant events guests / partygoers is also essential to this role. Previous experience working within Hotel operations at a supervisory level are essential for this role.
