MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
•The supervision of the hotel between midnight and 7.00am and ensure that the highest standard of guest care and safety are met at all times
ABSOLUTE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•To handle all queries promptly ensuring the customer receives friendly and efficient response which accurately meet their demands.
•To set up conference and meeting rooms to the company standard.
•To carry out night security checks and car park patrols at the agreed times.
•To prepare and serve food and drink from the 24 hours menu upon request to residents.
•To charge all customers for all Food & Beverage services in order that revenue is not lost.
•To undertake the check in and out of guests, ensuring that all accounts are settles before departure.
•To deliver all newspapers and order taxis as requested and to assist with customer baggage.
•To carry out the night audit following company guidelines.
•To ensure that the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times, including fireplaces, brass furnishings.
•Ensure bar area in front of house is set to agreed standards.
•To carry out all guests wake up calls on time as requested.
•To report any maintenance defects to Management immediately.
•To check that only residents are on the premises once all functions have finished.
•Commitment to be displayed to training through participation, and sign off of training records, and application of learning in the workplace.
•The highest standards of personal health and hygiene to be maintained at all times.
