The Management Acceleration Program (MAP) was created to provide high potential MBA hires with a (18-24 month) developmental assignment. This assignment is targeted at providing hands-on market based experience in key operational and revenue generating components of the hospitality business. Where possible, the associate will work across multiple brands and hotel types and market dynamics to further enrich the developmental experience. The program is customized to expose associates to key leadership and opportunities within a given market to prepare them for future roles within the company that align with their interests. Location selections will be based on the associate’s preferences as well as the company’s current resources and needs.
As a member of the Europe team, the program participant will complete a number of rotational assignments through different areas of the business which are designed to provide a thorough introduction to key operational and revenue generating components of the hospitality business and exposure to multiple brands and leaders while leveraging on-going market dynamics. Over the course of these rotational assignments, the program participant will perform the duties of the job he/she is assigned to. In addition the participant may take a lead or contributing role in key initiatives or projects, and take on other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required; MBA degree from top business school required. Demonstrated strong academic performance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, communications or related employer talent initiatives
Previous experience or exposure to hospitality or travel related industry
Interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry
