Atlas Hotels is looking for a Maintenance Technician. As a hotel Maintenance Technician you'll be a crucial team member. You'll be responsible for maintaining the physical structure of the hotel and all the internal plant equipment, fixtures and fittings so that our guests can relax and enjoy their stay in a comfortable, safe room.

You'll be in constant communication with your colleagues as you prioritise, plan and undertake repairs and the preventative maintenance programme. You'll take responsibility for ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met, be quick to react to urgent issues and assist your Property Manager with planned refurbishment or capital investment.

Preferred skills:

You'll be an approachable and knowledgeable team member with practical skills and a commitment to delivering great customer service for your colleagues and guests.

* three years' experience in building maintenance
* familiar with planned maintenance systems of work
* specialised technical crafts, electrical, plumbing etc
* organised and systematic
* concern for quality of product and service
* excellent communication skills
