Whether it’s a VIP arrival, a large diplomatic visit or organising a guest’s holiday, working in Concierge in a 5 Star Hotel is all about knowledge and presence. Demonstrating the ability to multitask and read our guests' needs, exceeding their expectations by delivering at short notice whilst sharing knowledge about the finest detail. Knowing what is happening in London, from new restaurant openings to what is being discussed in parliament is also paramount, as you never know what you will be asked. There are a number of different roles in the concierge department and each one is key to delivering excellence in service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with outstanding customer service skills and a bubbly and outgoing personality. Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, the previous hotel experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driver’s license. Knowledge of a second modern language would be an asset.

Our Concierge team work on a four on four off basis with shifts from 8 am to 8 pm. We have a designated nights team, but occasional night shift cover may be required.
