chic Salon de Champagne is the perfect place to rest exploring, tired feet or meet a client for a drink.

luxury hotels who provide a truly personal service. The hotel is also a member of Pride of Britain, which is Britain’s leading luxury & boutique hotel collection. General Purpose of the Role To sort, count and maintain all incoming and outgoing linen from the hotel according to established
hotel policy and procedures. General Duties • To be punctual for duties, correctly dressed and well-groomed, observing at all times the highest

care and attention. • To follow all key procedures and take responsibility for assigned keys. • To sort, count, log and prepare all bed linen and restaurant linen for cleaning to the outside

laundry. • To receive and count back in all clean hotel linens from the outside laundry companies.

• To receive and wash all face cloths and associated items according to procedure. • To prepare and assist in the delivery of clean linen and associated items to the guest floors. • To receive, prepare and issue all clean and dirty restaurant linen ensuring all forms are filled out

according to the established policy and procedure. • To ensure that any damaged or badly stained linen is marked accordingly and disposed of

according to procedure. • To dispose of all rubbish following the correct procedure, leaving the corridor free from debris at

all times. • To use all cleaning products and materials correctly and with care following the established

procedure laid down by The Arch London Hotel. • To report any shortages to the Executive Housekeeper. • To report any maintenance faults to the Executive Housekeeper or their delegate. • To be helpful and courteous to guests. • To report to the Housekeeper any strangers wandering the corridors. • To ensure that all lost and found property is given to the Head Housekeeper or taken to the Office

and handled according to the Hotel established policy and procedure. • To maintain all equipment in a serviceable condition and report any faults immediately. • To ensure that the linen rooms are left in a neat and tidy condition at the end of the shift. Required experience: • At least one year’s experience as a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Assistant in a 4/5* star hotel is essential • If you are passionate about customer service and delivering impeccable service this could be the
position for you • To be flexible in attitude, approach and in working hours. • To assists with all stock inventories when required.
