The position of Leisure Club Assistant has become available at Slaley Hall. Reporting into the Leisure Club Manager, to make sure our customers and members have a fantastic experience when they visit our club.
You’ll help to drive and retain membership, by providing a great service and use your knowledge of the Club to handle any potential membership enquiries. You need to provide advice and support to individual customers and members whilst using the facilities to help them to get the most out of their visit. You’ll also assist in making make sure the club is clean and well maintained, and fully compliant with legislative requirements.
Finally you will help in the running of our "Juice Bar" by assistanting with any customer Food and Beverage needs.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. You will have previous experience in a similar role or you could be looking for your first leisure position.
First aid at work, Rep's level 2, RLSS lifeguard, NARS pool attendant or RLSS bronze medallion and Level 2 Persoanl Trainer; any of these are useful.
