The Exciting Opportunity
The position of Kitchen Administrator has become available at Dunston Hall. Reporting into the Executive Head Chef, you will be assisting him with all aspects of kitchen administration including ordering from suppliers and stock control, as well as making sure that health & safety and food hygiene records are up to date and compliant. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

Set in 150 acres of beautiful grounds, this is the perfect hotel for a leisure break, featuring: a renowned US PGA rated golf course, excellent conference facilities that can hold over 900 delegates at any one time, multiple restaurants and bars on site and recently renovated leisure and spa facilities. What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of/with (insert desirable experience) is preferable but full training is provided.
