Junior Sous Chef
Shendish Manor is a 70 bed Hotel set in 160 acres of beautiful countryside. We are looking for a competent, knowledgeable Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team who can demonstrate a flair for cooking in a fast paced kitchen, producing high quality standard dishes whilst developing and managing a brigade of other talented chefs.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will possess the following qualities:
Covers up to 300 banqueting. Restaurant 120. 100 Afternoon tea.
