Dakota Eurocentral are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or above for the role of Junior Sous Chef, who wishes to be part of a tight team of professionals with the following background, characteristics, and abilities:

-Commitment to driving our ethos of doing the simple things brilliantly

-Passion for creating dishes using seasonal ingredients and fresh produce

-At least two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or above

-Maintaining Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene standards and procedures to the strictest degree

-Delegating and supervising junior members of the Kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef / Sous Chef

-Able to work in any section of the Kitchen
