We are recruiting for a IT Manager to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany.

As IT Manager you will lead the IT Department managing and delivering all IT related services to Guests and Associates of the hotel as well as the implementation of the overall IT systems strategy and the communication environment.

This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English and Italian, a proven knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software and PMS. This is an incredibly demanding role that must have at least three years of experience in similar role in an hotel environment, exceptional customer service skills, passion for excellence, ability to anticipate and resolve problems, ability to work well in a team environment. He/She must demonstrate ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible.
