Governance & Development Coordinator

The role will be under the digital workplace team reporting into the Intranet Manager, you'll play a vital role in engaging with all colleagues to enhance their digital footprint within the business.

As our Governance & Development Coordinator you will be responsible for:

* Publishing adoption and training articles

* Facilitate and work with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions

* Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues regarding content, submission of documentation and communication articles onto the site

* Ensure that all content is up to date and adhering to literacy standards in the business

* Provide training and support to intranet 'super users' and administrators

* Champion the use of enterprise collaboration tools

The successful candidate will need the following skills:

* Experience with O365, in particular SharePoint Online, Sway and Teams

* Knowledge of Intranets and collaborative tools

* Self-motivated and eager to learn

* Ability to communicate with all colleagues in a professional manner

* Create and deliver professional and engaging training material
