Room Dining Supervisor.
at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel has been such a fantastic
experience for me. I take pride in my appearance and speak fluent English. I
enjoy building relationships with my guests, whilst working closely with our
service and kitchen teams. A crucial part of my job is not only to deliver
guest orders but to create fun and memorable experiences, establishing
connections and adding a personal touch. One of my key working skills is the
ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining
a calm and friendly manner.
I provide daily
supervision and direction of the in room dining operation. I assist the in room dining Manager
in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and
interact with guests to ensure a positive experience. I have a minimum of 2 years of
supervisory experience in hotels. Preferably, I also have experience in Micros
and Microsoft office products.
