HR Manager

What is the main purpose of the role?
You’ll manage and monitor the implementation of the human resources strategy for Staverton Estate, ensuring the needs of the business are achieved whilst ensuring full compliance with legislative and statutory standards.

You will provide pro-active advice and guidance on all human resource issues to the General Manager, Executive Management team and Heads of Department, working as a highly influential and persuasive individual within the senior management team of the hotel.

By ensuring the smooth running of the department, you’ll make sure all practices and procedures are being adhered to e.g. all employee files are up to date, queries are dealt with effectively and all payroll procedures are being complied with within the company, hotel and legal standards. You’ll be responsible for driving forward all Group policies and procedures to ensure they are implemented and adhered to consistently through regularly monitoring and auditing.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll have experience in a similar role as a Human Resources Manager, and will need to be hands on and pragmatic in your approach, leading from the front. With a highly credible, professional style, you'll know how to manage and influence key people decisions across your business.
