Your day to day

We are looking for a Hotel Security Coordinator to join our Security & Compliance EMEAA team. This would be a great role for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking for an unique challenge in a field that’s becoming increasingly popular. In this role you would be comfortable in communicating at all levels within the organisation, such as Hotel GMs and Department Heads, and you would also efficiently track and follow-up on various projects on behalf of the team.

We remain ambitious about developing the right hotels, in the right location, under the right brand and most importantly operating to a high safety and security standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Support the Director, Security & Compliance EMEAA with the planning, communication, execution and reporting of IT Security Compliance initiatives within the EMEAA region.
* Work with the wider team to produce metrics to support the global direction for hotel security.
* Ensure regional IT Managers and Area Technology Managers are supported with reporting for IHG Security Metrics, including Vulnerability Management dashboards.
* Support a Security Incident Management process, by co-ordinating tickets to appropriate IT Managers.
* Submitting policy exceptions as part of the Global policy exception process.
* Support the Director, Security Compliance with communication efforts to the hotel estate working with key global stakeholders.
* Assist in the co-ordination of hotel security projects.
* Support the HOS EMEAA team to understand security schedules and give announcements of pending deployments.

What we need from you

* Proven track record of communicating at all levels within the organisation.
* Ability to keep track of deadlines and tasks across multiple projects.
* ITIL Foundation V3 Certification preferable.
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
