We are seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of all Hotel operations through the interpretation of The Hand Picked Vision.
You will effectively manage Heads of Department for Front Office, F&B, C&B and Housekeeping. You will champion and maintain consistency of Brand standards, be product and customer focused with a clear emphasis on training and development. There will also need to be a focus on maximising revenue opportunities and managing an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are met.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills alongside attention to detail and good operations management experience.
As Operations Manager, you will support managers with the recruitment and planning of the labour resource in line with budget and business needs encompassing rotas, forecasting and time sheet control.

To meet the challenge of this role you will have:
* Experience working in a similar or Operations Manager role
* Strong commercial acumen
* Up to date knowledge of statutory obligations
* A proven track record in excellent service delivery and achieving goals and objectives
Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa (2 AA rosette and 4 stars), is a Georgian country house dating from 1806 and is set in 12 acres of parkland in the Kent countryside. Despite its rural location it’s within easy reach of major motorways and London as well as Gatwick and Heathrow airports, the south coast and the Channel Tunnel, making it the ideal venue for meetings as well as a leisure break. The hotel has 38 bedrooms and 5 conference and banqueting rooms, together with extensive health, leisure and Spa facilities.
