The Role

As ‘Maintenance Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guest. You’ll have high standards when it comes to hotel maintenance and keeping our hotel running as efficiently as possible as well as being meticulous about the health and safety of both staff and guests alike. You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your goals and keep your department running smoothly. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.

* Leadership of the Maintenance department

* General maintenance & repairs

* Emergency repairs around the hotel

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety

* Coaching & Training

* Customer service

* Delivering brand standards

* Working closely with all hotel departments and contractors

* Maintaining accurate and upto date health and safety records

* Administration and Technology savvy

* Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
