We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to manage this fabulous 146-Bedroom hotel which features on-site Spa Facilities, a Restaurant and two Bars available for guests. The Bromsgrove Hotel also offers 9 function rooms that hold up to 200 guests; popular with conferences, weddings and events.

The General Manager will be required to manage all aspects of the Hotel, developing a strong and successful team in all departments. Your objective will be to ensure excellent guest-satisfaction by approaching all tasks with a “hands-on” approach.

Our hotel is conveniently located in the heart of England, just half a mile away and an easy gateway to the beautiful Cotswolds, Birmingham city centre and the historic Stratford-upon-Avon. Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa provides a tranquil stay with a range of modern features in a convenient location.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a hotel containing 100 bedrooms or more.
