Met Hotel Leeds are looking for a Hotel Administrator to join our family.

Opening in the late 1800's The Met Hotel Leeds has welcomed guests to Leeds for over a century. Designed by local architects Chorley & Connon, this hotel is renowned for its Victorian terracotta facade and stone cupola taken from the city's demolished 4th White Cloth Hall. Today, The Met Hotel Leeds is still a much-loved landmark in Leeds' cityscape, blending its original design with contemporary interiors to create a 4-star city centre retreat.

Hotel Administrator’s receive some great IHG perks:

The Met Hotel Leeds is looking for a Hotel Administrator to provide administrative support to the General Manager, and respond to guest feedback received through all channels, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion from any issues which have been raised.

As our Hotel administrator you will oversee the management of customer feedback, specially liaising with departmental managers and request recommendations and improvements to be sent to the General Manager/Deputy General Manager within a desired timescale. For this reason our ideal candidate must have extremely strong English reading and writing skills.
