ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a passionate Host/-ess, to join our Food and Beverage. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Host/-ess, your main duties will include:

• To be the first point of contact to our guests and welcome them to the restaurant.

• To coordinate the bookings to ensure a smooth flow of the service.

• To take bookings by telephone, email and face-to-face precisely and in a timely manner.

• To deliver an outstanding service consistently.

• To escort the guests to their tables and present the menu.

As a Host/-ess, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
