Head Office Front Desk Upsell Administrator – Britannia Central Reservations
Are you looking to move from a Hotel Receptionist role/are you a good communicator to encourage Reception Teams to upsell?
Apply now and you could be working for Britannia Hotels! Due to continual expansion, the Britannia Hotel group (currently 60 hotels throughout the UK) are recruiting a Head Office Front Desk Upsell Administrator based in Hale Cheshire, reporting to the Group Revenue Manager.
To join this high achieving Revenue Team, this would ideally suit someone enthusiastic and proactive from a reservation/reception background looking to step away from the hotel desk and be responsible for the daily activating/monitoring/reporting on the Front desk Upsell results, across the Group.
Opera/Guestline/Excel experience would be advantageous but not essential.

* Guaranteed 40hrs a week (5 out of 7 days- likely to include most Saturdays but not Sundays)
