We’re looking for an experienced Head of Property Management with an expert approach in managing a multisite property portfolio. We want to be the best in class, so we need someone who’s meticulous, commercially minded and exacting in standards.

Head of Property Management

Based out of our De Vere Beaumont Estate property, this role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for providing technical support and day to day leadership to hotel maintenance teams, whilst guiding and working collaboratively with property General Managers and finance teams.

You’ll need strong communication and influencing skills, as you’ll be working closely with a range of senior colleagues to ensure the De Vere estate is beautifully maintained, whilst overseeing a well-developed, proactive and commercially sound schedule of activity.

Every detail matters in our business; contractor agreements must be commercially robust and service delivery on point, forecasting accurate, and all concerns regarding maintenance and safety must be not only appropriately reported, but managed and costed.

Key responsibilities
Other key responsibilities include:
- Review annually all maintenance contracts, ensuring all properties have robustly planned, preventative maintenance contracts in place
- Liaise with contractors on capital projects and act as group liaison for contractors and relevant suppliers
- Prepare annual expenditure reports and attend Capital Investment Planning meetings
- Regularly review the H&S policy from a property maintenance perspective and ensuring compliance, review and improve property management working practices
- Chair the Group Environmental Committee and driving the group carbon reduction strategy

The ideal candidate
This role is crucial to the De Vere journey so we’re looking for someone who is experienced in multisite property management within the hospitality industry. Ideally you’ll already be managing a multisite portfolio, or, a large, busy and complex property. You’ll have a proven track record of operational maintenance management with a strong passion for creating the best environments for our customers.
