The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Head Housekeeper has become available at The Crown. Reporting into the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Managing a team of room attendants to deliver exceptional standards in all our rooms

* Maintaining the hotel public areas

* Working to support hotel targets including linen and room consumables

* Following all Health & Safety and COSHH standards

* Training, development & recruitment of your team

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, a big part of your role involves supporting other departments so you will need to be a team player and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of management / supervisor roles is preferable but full training is provided but you must have worked in the hospitality industry.

With a history dating back over 300 years, the Crown Hotel is one of the premier venues in Harrogate for business and leisure. The hotel boasts 115 guest bedrooms, extensive conference & events facilities, 24-hour room service and Churchills Restaurant where residents and the public can eat and drink.
